سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

نحرص دائمًا على رضا عملائنا، لذلك نقدم سياسة إرجاع واستبدال واضحة وشفافة.

فترة الإرجاع

يمكنك إرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.

شروط الإرجاع

• يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.
• يجب أن يكون المنتج شاملاً جميع الملحقات والفاتورة.
• لا نقبل إرجاع المنتجات المخفضة أو المباعة في عروض خاصة.

الاستبدال

نقبل الاستبدال خلال نفس فترة الإرجاع، مع إمكانية دفع فرق السعر عند اختيار منتج آخر.

رسوم الإرجاع

تكاليف الشحن الخاصة بالإرجاع يتحملها العميل إلا في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع.

Return and Exchange Policy

Return Period

You can return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions

• The product must be in its original condition and unused.
• The product must include all accessories and the invoice.
• Discounted or clearance products are non-returnable.

Exchange

We accept exchanges within the same return period, with the possibility of paying the price difference for another product.

Return Fees

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
